摘　　要：本文主要从目前出生医学证明在医院的办理流程、管理制度等方面存在的问题出发,积极顺应大数据时代的要求,结合医院的实际流程、法律法规,利用信息化平台,实行出生医学证明标准化管理。This article mainly starts with the existing problems of birth medical certificate such as the processing process in hospitals, management system and other aspects, actively complies with the requirements of the big data era, and uses information platform to implement the standardized management of birth medical certificate combined with the actual process of hospitals and laws and regulations.
