摘　　要：目的:以"互联网+护理服务"平台为基础,探讨网约护士在老年肿瘤病人PICC维护中的应用。方法:选择2020年5月-10月在川北医学院附属医院PICC中心就诊的48例老年肿瘤病人为研究对象,对照组采用定期来川北医学院附属医院PICC中心换药的方式,观察组采用网约护士上门服务进行护理,比较两组患者PICC健康指导评价表评分、健康状况调查问卷评分及对护理工作满意度。结果:运用网约护士3次后,观察组病人对护理人员提供的PICC健康指导掌握情况明显高于首次就诊及运用网约护士3次后对照组病人,观察组病人生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分显著高于首次就诊及运用网约护士3次后对照组病人,观察组病人对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用网约护士服务模式对老年肿瘤病人进行PICC维护,有利于患者掌握PICC健康指导,对提高患者健康状况和对护理工作满意度有较好的效果。Objective: Based on the "Internet + Nursing Service" platform, the application of online nurse appointments in PICC maintenance for elderly cancer patients was discussed. Methods: A total of 48 elderly cancer patients who visited the PICC center in Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from May to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects. Patients in the control group received regular dressing change in the PICC center, while patients in the observation group received care by online nurse appointment. The scores of PICC health guidance evaluation form, Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire(SF-36) and patients’ satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results: After 3 times of online appointments with nurses, patients in the observation group had significantly better knowledge of PICC health guidance provided by nurses than those in the control group after first visit and three times of online appointment. The scores of body function, physiological role, body pain, general health, vitality, social function, role emotional, mental health were all significantly higher than those in the control group after first visit and 3 times of online appointment. The observation group was significantly more satisfied with nursing care than the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of online nurse appointment in the maintenance of PICC in elderly cancer patients is effective in mastering PICC health guidance and improving the health and satisfaction with care of the patients.
