摘　　要：针对当前航天型号产品工艺文件存在的编制工作量大、展示性不友好、可指导性差导致产品质量不稳定等问题,应用精益生产管理工具,在现有工艺管理的基础上,探索标准作业指导书在生产过程中的应用,提出了"卡片+SOP"的工艺编辑整体思路;并结合工艺专业和产品特点,完成SOP模板制定和编辑器开发,以及SOP专业目录构建和管理标准制定,为工艺编制模式的变革提供了一种新思路。In view of the existing problems in the current aerospace model product process documents, such as large workload, unfriendly display, and product quality instability because of poor guidance, etc., the paper uses lean production management tools to apply standard operating instructions in the production process on the basis of existing process management, and puts forward the overall idea of "card+SOP" process editing. Combined with the process specialty and product characteristics, it has also completed the development of SOP template and editor, the SOP professional catalog and management standard, and provide a new idea for the transformation of the process planning mode.
