摘　　要：旋流沉淀池是钢管生产线循环水系统的重要构筑物,其具有沉淀效率高、节约用地、清渣方便的优点。论文就某连轧管生产线循环水系统的需求进行了旋流沉淀池的设计。本旋流沉淀池需满足设计水量为1510m3/h,进水氧化铁皮含量为1000mg/L,出水氧化铁皮含量为50mg/L的处理要求。本设计确定了关键技术参数,计算了旋流池各个部位的尺寸,并对一些细节进行了优化。Cyclone sedimentation tank is an important structure of circulating water system in steel pipe production line,which has the advantages of high sedimentation efficiency,land saving and convenient slag cleaning.In this paper,the cyclone sedimentation tank is designed according to the demand of the circulating water system of a continuous rolling pipe production line.It needs to meet the design water volume of 1510 m3/h,influent scale concentration of 1000 mg/L and effluent scale concentration of 50 mg/L.The design determines the key technical parameters,calculates the size of each part of the whirlpool,and optimizes some details.
