摘　　要：结合工程实例,分析了该污水厂污泥处理系统多年来的运行情况及存在问题,优化了污泥处理系统的工艺路线,对污泥深度处理间进行了合理的优化布局,并针对隔膜压滤机及其配套设备进行了严格的设备选型和参数设计。污泥脱水后含水率由80%降低至60%。本工程建成后将大大提高该市污水处理厂的安全性和稳定性,并将带来显著的环境效益和社会效益。The operation and problems of the sewage sludge treatment system in a WWTP were analyzed with an engineering example.The technological route of the sludge treatment system was optimized,the layout of the sludge treatment room was rationally optimized,and equipment selection and parameter design were strictly carried out for diaphragm filter press and its supporting equipment.The moisture content of sludge after dehydration decreases from 80%to 60%.This project will greatly improve the safety and stability of the WWTP,and will bring remarkable environmental and social benefits.
