摘　　要：对建筑工程概预算编制过程中与工程造价有关的要素进行了梳理,包含建筑产品在价格方面的特点、建筑产品价格构成中的成本、建筑产品价格构成中的税金和利润税赋以及与施工图预算编制相关的直接、间接费用等。在此基础上,论文阐述了建筑工程概预算编制对工程造价产生的影响,从建筑工程概预算编制过程中的注意事项出发,提出了提高建筑工程概预算编制质量,精准控制工程造价的有效策略,以供参考。In this paper,the factors related to the project cost in the process of construction project budget preparation are sorted out,including the price characteristics of construction products,the price composition cost of construction products,the tax and profit tax in the price composition of construction products,and the direct and indirect costs related to construction drawing budget preparation.On this basis,this paper expounds the influence of the construction project budget preparation on the project cost,and puts forward effective strategies to improve the quality of the construction project budget preparation and accurately control the project cost for reference from the matters needing attention in the construction project budget preparation process.
