摘　　要：介绍了连续摆床、连续钢履带、连续网带三种通过式抛丸清理机的工作原理、结构特点和使用状况;目前大部分铸件抛丸机为独立、间歇式生产方式,普遍存在铸件物流成本高、清理效率低、人工耗时多等缺点,而连续通过式抛丸清理机适用在线、连续生产情况下的场合,可以实现铸件在线生产的生产工艺自动化,提高生产效率的同时也改善了工作环境、减少了作业人员。连续通过式抛丸清理机设备的清理速度可调节,所以可以适应多种生产节拍和生产效率等各方面的变化。The working principle,structural characteristics and use status of the continuous swing bed,continuous steel crawler and continuous mesh belt three kinds of pass-through shot blasting machines have been introduced in the text.Currently most of the casting shot blasting machines are independent and intermittent production methods,which has the disadvantages of high logistics cost,low cleaning efficiency,and time-consuming labor.The continuous pass-through shot blasting machine is suitable for online and continuous production.It can not only realize the automation of the production process of online production of castings but also improve production efficiency and the working environment while reduce the number of operators.The cleaning speed of the continuous pass-through shot blasting machine can be adjusted,so it can adapt to various changes in production cycle and production efficiency.
