摘　　要：描述了一种水玻璃铸造旧砂应用湿法搓磨水洗的工艺处理方案,可适用于中小型铸造企业针对水玻璃砂铸造产生的旧砂进行湿法再生处理,以达到降低成本、促进资源再利用的综合效益。A technological treatment plan for the application of wet rubbing,grinding and washing of used sodium silicate casting sand has been described,which can be applied to small and medium-sized casting companies for wet regeneration treatment of the used sand produced by sodium silicate sand casting.Thus in this way,the cost has been reduced and the comprehensive benefits of resource reuse has been promoted.
