摘　　要：传统支重轮抛丸机占用人员多,劳动强度大,生产效率低,我公司结合现状,给一些知名支重轮企业提供了满足工艺要求的、自动化程度先进的支重轮抛丸清理机生产线,该生产线不仅实现了工件的自动搬运、自动上下料,而且还实现了对支重轮工件的自动翻转和表面丸料和粉尘的清理,整个加工过程自动化完成,无需人工参与,节省了人工及管理成本,大大提高了生产效率,改善了车间生产环境。Traditional support roller shot blasting machine occupies a lot of people,labor intensity is high,and production efficiency is low.By combining with the status,the advanced automatic support roller shot blasting which meets the technological requirements has been provided to some well-known support roller enterprises.This production line not only realizes automatic handling of workpieces,automatic loading and unloading,but also automatic turnover of supporting roller workpieces and cleaning of surface shots and dust.The entire processing process is automated without manual intervention.The labor and management costs have been saved while the production efficiency and workshop production environment have been greatly improved.
