摘　　要：设计了一条智能化树脂砂铸造生产线,可以减少工人劳动强度、节约占地面积,各工序实现智能化、柔性化控制。该生产线通过自动造型圈、智能化立体仓储、自动浇注流水线、树脂砂再生线等工序来实现以上目的。通过实际生产验证,该智能化树脂砂铸造生产线是可行的,也是未来树脂砂铸造的发展趋势。An intelligent resin sand casting production line has been designed,which can reduce the labor intensity of workers,save floor space,and realize intelligent and flexible control of each process.The production line achieves the above objectives through processes such as automatic molding circle,intelligent three-dimensional storage,automatic pouring assembly line,and resin sand regeneration line.Through actual production verification,the intelligent resin sand casting production line is feasible,which is also the development trend of resin sand casting in the future.
