摘 要:传统的热电偶监测芯盒温度方法难以对整个芯盒温度场数据进行采集,通过热电偶和热成像仪测量了芯盒表面温度。两种测量方式采集到的数据偏差在±10℃以内,偏差比值在±4%以内,说明运用热成像仪表征芯盒温度场是可靠的。仿真数值与热电偶的偏差最大值为9.16℃,最小值为0.46℃,明确了利用仿真方法对芯盒温度场进行定量分析是可行的。研究了固化时间对砂芯表面温度场的影响,当砂芯表面温度提高至215℃,计算温度高于230℃时,砂芯外表面局部呈现出过热焦化现象。The traditional method of monitoring the temperature of the core box with a thermocouple is difficult to collect the temperature field data of the entire core box.The surface temperature of the core box is measured by a thermocouple and a thermal imager.The deviation of the data collected by the two measurement methods is within±10℃,and the deviation ratio is within±4%,indicating that it is reliable to use the thermal imager to characterize the core box temperature field.The maximum value of the deviation between the simulated value and the thermocouple is 9.16℃and the minimum value is 0.46℃.It is clear that it is feasible to use the simulation method to quantitatively analyze the temperature field of the core box.The effect of curing time on the surface temperature field of the sand core has been studied.When the surface temperature of the sand core increases to 215℃,and the calculated temperature is higher than 230℃,the outer surface of the sand core shows local overheating and coking.
