摘　　要：本文对现有线束测试仪实现原理和应用场景进行了研究,提出了一种满足线束工厂信息化需求的新一代线束测试仪解决方案,采用了CPLD、WIFI数据透传、FreeRTOS、STemwin图形库等关键技术,设计了一款能够实现线束在线检测的多功能线束测试仪,详细介绍了系统的工作原理和设计方案,并对无线联网方案进行了重点阐述。经实际应用满足智能工厂线束检测信息化改造要求。The existing wiring harness tester implementation principle and application scenarios are studied, this paper proposes a wiring harness factory information demand of a new generation of wiring harness tester solution,using CPLD, WIFI data passthrough, FreeRTOS, STemwin graphics library and other key technology, designed a model can realize wiring harness on-line detection of multifunction wire tester, introduced the working principle and design scheme of the system, and the focus on the scheme of wireless networking. Through practical application,it meets the informationization reform requirement of intelligent factory wire harness detection.
