摘 要:为了准确评价旧工业建筑再生利用施工安全性,降低施工过程中的安全事故发生率,根据旧工业建筑再生利用施工特点,从施工安全组织管理、施工安全技术管理、材料及施工机械管理、施工环境安全管理4个方面构建旧工业建筑再生利用施工安全风险评价指标体系,建立了旧工业建筑再生利用施工安全风险的熵权物元评价模型,并通过工程实例验证了该模型的有效性和可行性,得出的评价结果与实际情况相符。最后,结合物元关联函数的特点,提出了施工安全管理的改进策略。研究表明,基于可拓理论的熵权物元模型具有较强的适用性,可用于旧工业建筑再生利用施工安全风险的评估和管理。The article aims at proposing a risk evaluation model of recycling of old industrial buildings during the construction phase based on the matter element extension model,which can be used for the assessment and management of construction safety risks of old industrial buildings during recycling.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the construction phase of recycling of old industrial buildings such as narrowly and closely space,highly uncertain and deeply hidden,and taking accident-causing over years and previous studies into consideration,this paper develops 4 first-level indexes(construction safety organizational management,construction safety technological management,material and machinery management,construction environmental management) and 20 second-level indexes that may affect the safety of recycling of the old industrial buildings during the construction phase.Secondly,To avoid obscure and indefinite descriptions,all the indicators with the standard of different risk levels are quantified and normalized by a dimensionless method to make the assessment more convenient and practicable.Thirdly,the weights of indicators are calculated with the said entropy weight to avoid subjectivity and interference.Base on the element analysis extension theory,we determine the classic domains,the joint domains,and the related function to establish the matter element extension evaluation model for obtaining the risk grade assessment results.Two real examples are applied to justify the validity and feasibility of the model.The evaluation results of the model are consistent with the actual situation of two examples,showing that the risk evaluation method based on entropy weight and matter element extension evaluation model is effective and practicable.This study provides a new idea for the quantitative evaluation and risk management of recycling of old industrial buildings during the construction phase.Finally,the paper provides valuable suggestions and measures for the safety of the construction of the recycling of ol
