摘　　要：王猷定作为明清之际“开风气之先”的杰出文人,其人其文“名噪一时”,然后世知之者甚少。有关其文献记载亦十分零散琐碎。20世纪以来王猷定之生平、散文等研究有所推进,但仍存在生卒、交游等需要进一步厘清的问题。Wang Youding was an outstanding scholar who pconeered the trend between Ming and Qing dynasties.His works were famous for a while,but in the late ages few people knew about them.The relevant literature is also very scattered and trivial.Since the 20th century,the research on Wang Youding’s life and prose has been promoted,but there are still some problems that need to be further clarified,such as his birth and death,friends and so on.
