自体脂肪移植对手部年轻化的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨自体脂肪移植在手背皮肤年轻化中的效果,以期为临床治疗手背皮肤老化提供有效的治疗手段。方法2017年1月至2019年1月,北京友谊医院医学美容中心要求手部年轻化女性患者52例,年龄31〜55岁,平均48.3岁。取腹部、大腿脂肪,将脂肪静置、清洗并行细颗粒化处理后均勻移植于手背皮下层。术中、术后对每例患者拍摄照片,术后对每例患者进行满意度调查。结果52例患者中,自体脂肪移植前0、1、2、3分和移植后0、1、2、3分患者例数分别为0、37(71%),16(31%)、13(25%),21(40%)、2(4%),15(29%)、0。术前与术后评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者满意度结果显示,27例(52%)对效果非常满意,12例(23%)对效果满意,11例(21%)认为效果一般,2例(4%)认为效果不满意。随访6个月,52例患者均未出现感染、硬结、囊肿等并发症。结论自体脂肪移植对手部年轻化有较好的改善作用。Objective To investigate the effect of autologous fat grafting in hand rejuvenation and to provide effective clinical treatment for the aging hand.Methods A total of 52 patients received autologous fat grafting in hand.Fat was collected by liposuction from the abdomen or thigh regions utilizing the superwet technique.The harvested fat was washed and injected to the dorsal hand.Standardized photographs were taken before and after the operation,and the patients satisfaction was evaluated.Results Picture scores between preoperative and postoperative had statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The majority of patients(75%)were satisfied with their results.All patients were followed up for 6 months with no infection,fat liquefaction,cysts and other complications occurred.Conclusions This study provides the clinical basis for fat grafting in hand rejuvenation with high satisfactory rates.
