摘　　要：本文对国家标准GB/T 2589-2020《综合能耗计算通则》与2008版比较,在适用范围、术语和定义、综合能耗计算原则、边界划分、计算范围、计算方法、折算为标准煤的要求以及附录A等主要技术内容的修订思路和修订内容进行了简要的解释说明,为标准用户在理解使用该标准时提供相关参考。On the basis of the comparison of the national standard GB/T 2589-2020, General rules for calculation of the comprehensive energy consumption with the 2008 edition, this paper briefly explains the revision ideas and contents of the new version, including scope of application, terms and definitions, principles of comprehensive energy consumption calculation, boundary division, calculation scope, calculation method, requirements for the conversion to standard coal, and the appendix A, etc., which provides relevant references for standard users in understanding and using the standard.
