摘  要:与传统的汽车有机涂料相比,近几年发展起来的汽车水性涂料具有无味、无溶剂蒸汽、不易燃等特点,可大大降低有机挥发物的排放,从而改善工作环境,减少对身体健康的危害。汽车水性涂料技术近年来发展迅速,但相关施工标准相对滞后,不利于其推广应用。本研究以现有汽车水性涂料和汽车有机涂料相关施工标准作为研究对象,以实际施工经验作为补充,对汽车涂料的存放条件、打磨、清洁、调色、喷涂、干燥时间等施工流程进行比较,以期对汽车水性涂料的推广应用和标准的修订起到促进作用。Compared with the traditional automotive organic coatings, the automotive waterborne coatings developed in recent years have the characteristics of tasteless, solvent-free steam and non-flammable, which can greatly reduce the emission of organic volatiles, improve the working environment and reduce the harm to health. Automobile waterborne coating technology has developed rapidly in recent years, but the relative construction standards lag behind, which is not conducive to its popularization and application. This study takes the existing automotive coating and organic coating construction standards as the research object, based on the actual construction experience, compares the construction process including storage conditions of car coating, polishing, cleaning, color matching, spraying, drying time, in order to promote the popularization and application of standards for car waterborne coatings and revision of these standards.
