摘  要:本文对两种热处理工艺的不同外内径比的1J85环形试样的直流磁性能进行了研究。结果显示:内径为25mm的试样,当外径为内径的1.2~1.4倍时性能稳定;当外内径比为1.1时,性能明显降低。对于小尺寸试样,如果外内径比过小,就会对磁性能测量结果产生较大影响,建议对GB/T 13012关于试样尺寸外内径比的要求条款进行修订。By studying the DC magnetic properties of the 1J85 ring specimens with different outer and inner diameter ratios under the two heat treatment processes,it was found that when the inner diameter of the specimen is 25mm,the performance is stable when the outer diameter is 1.2 to 1.4 times the inner diameter,and when the outer diameter ratio is 1.1,Performance is significantly reduced.Through research,it is found that for small-sized samples,the magnetic performance measurement results are more affected when the outer and inner diameters are small.It is recommended to revise the requirements of GB/T 13012 on the outer and inner diameters of the sample.
