摘　　要：目的总结40例经导管主动脉瓣植入术术中护理配合方法。方法术前建立多学科心脏团队,完成护理人员培训,建立TAVI手术标准化术中配合流程,完善术前准备;术中加强监护、并发症预防,做好临时起搏器、高压注射器的管理;术后注重转运安全。结果40例患者均手术成功,瓣叶开放良好,启闭规律,术后均返回心血管内科监护病房,转运过程未出现不良事件。结论落实相关培训,建立标准化手术流程,做好术前准备、术中护理,加强转运管理,保证了手术顺利进行,提高了手术的成功率。Objective To summarize the intraoperative care coordination method of transcatheter aortic valve implantation in 40 cases.Method A multidisciplinary cardiac team was established,nursing staff training was completed,a standardized intraoperative coordination process for TAVI surgery was established before the procedure,and pre-procedure preparation was optimized;intraoperative monitoring and complication prevention were strengthened,and temporary pacemakers and hyperbaric injectors were well managed;postoperative transport safety was emphasized.Result All 40 patients got successful procedures and the valve leaflets were working well.All patients returned to the cardiac care unit post-procedure with no adverse events during the transportation.Conclusion The training,standardized operation process,pre-procedural preparation,intraoperative nursing and transportation management ensure and improve the success of the operation.
