银翘解毒汤辅助治疗小儿手足口病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察银翘解毒汤辅助治疗小儿手足口病(HFMD)的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月延安大学附属医院收治的120例HFMD患儿为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组患儿给予阿昔洛韦片治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上给予银翘解毒汤,均口服,治疗7 d。比较两组患儿治疗前后的血清白细胞介素8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,患者治疗后各症状缓解时间(退热、溃疡消散、肢体抖动消失、疱疹结痂及住院时间),治疗效果及治疗过程中的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的血清IL-8、CRP水平分别为(34.93±11.29)pg/mL、(6.61±2.09)mg/L,明显低于对照组的(42.45±12.76)pg/mL、(9.86±2.95)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的退热时间、溃疡消散时间、肢体抖动消失时间、疱疹结痂时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.66%,明显高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者儿治疗期间的不良反应发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银翘解毒汤辅助治疗小儿HFMD能显著降低患儿的机体炎症因子水平,有效缓解临床症状,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Yinqiao detoxification soup in adjuvant treatment of pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD). Methods A total of 120 children with HFMD admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 60 children in each group. The children in the control group were treated with acyclovir tablets, and the observation group was treated with Yinqiao detoxification soup on the basis of the treatment in the control group. Both groups were treated orally for 7 days. The levels of serum interleukin 8(IL-8) and C-reactive protein(CRP) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, as well as the time of symptom relief after treatment(antipyretic time, ulcer dissipation time, extremity shaking disappearance time, herpes crusting time, and length of hospital stay), the treatment effect, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of serum IL-8 and CRP in the observation group were(34.93±11.29) pg/m L and(6.61±2.09) mg/L, which were significantly lower than(42.45±12.76) pg/m L and(9.86±2.95) mg/L in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the antipyretic time, ulcer dissipation time, extremity shaking disappearance time, herpes crusting time, and length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.66%, which was significantly higher than 85.00% of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%, significantly lower than 20.00% in the control group(P<0.05).
