摘　　要：目的了解贵州省青少年事务社会工作人员(简称"青少年事务社工")心理健康现状并提出应对策略。方法于2020年2~6月通过7项广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)和抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)对260名贵州省青少年事务社工心理健康现状进行调查,最终回收有效问卷256份。结果256名青少年事务社工中,111名(43.36%)社工存在不同程度焦虑;职业成就感低者焦虑率为14.41%,职业成就感一般者的焦虑率为72.97%,而职业成就感高者的焦虑率为12.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。256名青少年事务社工中,118名(46.09%)社工存在不同程度抑郁,其中已婚者、未婚者、离异者的抑郁率分别为58.47%、33.90%、7.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);职业成就感低者、一般者、高者抑郁率分别为12.71%、70.34%、16.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贵州省青少年事务社工存在不同程度焦虑和抑郁,青少年事务社工心理健康现状不容乐观,应予以重视。Objective To understanding the mental health status of social workers for youth affairs in Guizhou Province(referred to as "social workers for youth affairs") and to propose coping strategies. Methods From February2020 to June 2020, the General Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7) and Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9) were used to assess the mental health status of 260 social workers for youth affairs in Guizhou Province. After investigation, 256 valid questionnaires were finally obtained. Results Among the 256 social workers for youth affairs, 111(43.36%) social workers have varying degrees of anxiety. The anxiety rates of those with low professional accomplishment, general professional accomplishment, and high professional accomplishment were 14.41%, 72.97%, and 12.61%, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Among the 256 social workers for youth affairs, 118(46.09%) social workers have different degrees of depression. The depression rates of married, unmarried, and divorced social workers were 58.47%, 33.90%, and 7.63%, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Among the 256 social workers for youth affairs, the depression rates of those with low professional accomplishment, the average professional accomplishment, and the high professional accomplishment were 12.71%, 70.34%, and 16.95%, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion There are different degrees of anxiety and depression in the social workers of youth affairs in Guizhou Province. The mental health status of social workers of youth affairs is not optimistic and should be taken seriously.
