摘 要:以硫酸锰为原料,采用真空热解法制备生产软磁铁氧体的重要原料——四氧化三锰粉。采用XRD和SEM对产物四氧化三锰进行了表征,分析了样品MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O热分解行为,研究了真空热解温度、时间、真空度3个因素对Mn_(3)O_(4)品质的影响。结果表明:随着热解温度的升高,样品MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O热分解产物中Mn_(2)O_(3)的含量不断降低,Mn_(3)O_(4)的含量不断提高;在热解温度为900℃时,样品MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O完全分解,产物为纯Mn_(3)O_(4)。随着热解时间的延长,得到的产物中的Mn_(3)O_(4)的纯度越来越高。当热解时间为1.5 h时,热分解得到的产物完全为Mn_(3)O_(4)。真空度越高(体系压强越低),得到的产物中的Mn_(3)O_(4)的纯度越高。当真空度为18 k Pa时,热分解得到的产物几乎全为Mn_(3)O_(4)。Manganese trioxide powder,an important raw material for the production of soft ferrite,was prepared by vacuum pyrolysis with manganese sulfate as raw material.The sample Mn_(3)O_(4)was characterized by XRD and SEM.The thermal decomposition behavior of MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O was analyzed.The effects of vacuum pyrolysis temperature,time and vacuum on the quality of Mn_(3)O_(4)were studied.The results show that with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the content of Mn_(2)O_(3)in the thermal decomposition products of MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O decreases and the content of Mn_(3)O_(4)increases;When the pyrolysis temperature is 900℃,the sample MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O is completely decomposed and the product is pure Mn_(3)O_(4).With the extension of pyrolysis time,the purity of Mn_(3)O_(4)in the obtained product is higher and higher.When the pyrolysis time is 1.5 h,the product obtained by thermal decomposition is complete Mn_(3)O_(4).The higher the vacuum degree(the lower the system pressure)is,the higher the purity of Mn_(3)O_(4)in the product is.When the degree of vacuum is 18 k Pa,the product obtained by thermal decomposition is almost Mn_(3)O_(4).
