摘 要:本文在不同原料、氢气还原条件下制备了不同形貌的钼粉并结合扫描电子显微图像进行形貌的数值表征,系统分析了原料微观结构、还原温度、氢气露点、氢气流量等对钼粉形貌的影响,基于反应机理研究得出二氧化钼形貌及第二段还原条件对钼粉形貌的控制作用,并给出了均匀分散钼粉的形貌表征数值范围。The Mo powders with various morphology were prepared with different feed and hydrogen reduction conditions and were numerically characterized combined with scanning electronic microscopy images.The effect of material microstructure,reduction temperature,hydrogen dewpoint and flowrate on powder morphology were systematically analyzed.The function of MoO;morphology and 2nd stage reduction conditions on Mo powder were elucidated according to reaction mechanism.The morphology numerical range of powders with good shape and dispersion performance was also given.
