摘 要:采用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对某新型四代镍基粉末高温合金进行了单向热压缩变形实验,研究了其在变形温度1000~1138℃、应变速率0.01~10 s^(-1)条件下的热变形行为。结果表明:在相同应变量下,温度一定,应变速率越大,流变应力越大;应变速率一定,温度越高,流变应力越小;平均晶粒尺寸随应变速率的提高而减小,随着变形温度的提高先减小后逐渐增大;再结晶分数随变形温度和应变速率的提高而增大。The gleeble-3800 thermal simulation machine was used to conduct unidirectional thermal compression deformation experiment on the new Ni-base superalloy NPM.The deformation temperature was 1000~1138℃and the strain rate was 0.01~10 s^(-1).The results show that under the same strain,when the temperature is constant,the greater the strain rate,the greater the flow stress;when the strain rate is constant,the higher the temperature,the smaller the flow stress;the average grain size decreases with the increasing of the strain rate,as the deformation temperature increases,it first decreases and then gradually increases;the recrystallization fraction increases as the deformation temperature and strain rate increase.
