摘　　要：目的探究竖脊肌平面阻滞联合全身麻醉对腹股沟疝修补术患者血流动力学及术后疼痛的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月本院收治的68例腹股沟疝修补术患者,采用数字随机表法分为观察组及对照组,各34例,对照组行全身麻醉,观察组在对照组基础上联合竖脊肌平面阻滞,比较两组血流动力学指标、术后VAS疼痛评分。结果 T0时,两组HR、MAP水平比较差异无统计学意义;T1~T3时,观察组HR、MAP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后2、8、12、24 h,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论竖脊肌平面阻滞联合全身麻醉在腹股沟疝修补术患者中应用价值较高,可减轻术后疼痛,维持稳定的血流动力学,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of erector spinalis plane block combined with general anesthesia on hemodynamics and postoperative pain in patients undergoing inguinal hernia repair. Methods From October 2018 to October 2019, 68 patients with inguinal hernia repair were treated in our hospital, they were divided into observation group and control group by digital random table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received general anesthesia. The observation group combined with erector spinal plane block on the basis of the control group. The hemodynamic indexes and postoperative VAS pain scores of the two groups were compared. Results At T0, there was no significant difference in HR and MAP between the two groups;from T1 to T3, the levels of HR and MAP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);at 2, 8, 12 and 24 h after operation, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of erector spinalis plane block combined with general anesthesia in patients with inguinal hernia repair is high. It can reduce postoperative pain and maintain stable hemodynamics. It is worthy of clinical application.
