无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年5月至2020年4月本院心外科收治的70例急性左心衰患者的临床资料,按照红篮球随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组,各35例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合无创正压通气法,比较两组临床疗效及血气分析结果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的62.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通气干预后1 h内,观察组HR、RR、SBP均明显低于对照组,DBP、PaCO;、PO;、SaO;、pH均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰患者效果显著,可显著改善临床治愈效果和血气指标,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with acute left heart failure.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with acute left heart failure from the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from May 2019 to April2020 were selected for retrospective analysis,and they were divided into observation group and control group based on the principle of random allocation of red basketball,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was combined with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and blood gas analysis results were compared between two groups.Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 62.86%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);within 1 h after ventilation intervention,HR,RR and SBP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and DBP,PaCO;,PO;,SaO;and pH were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation is effective in treating patients with acute left heart failure,which can significantly improve the clinical cure effect and blood gas index,and it is worthy of promotion.
