霉菌性外耳道炎患者接受耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合酮康唑纱条治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨霉菌性外耳道炎患者接受耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合酮康唑纱条治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年3月本院收治的89例霉菌性外耳道炎患者,分为对照组(n=44)与观察组(n=45)。两组均进行耳内镜下外耳道冲洗,对照组在此基础上联合复发水杨酸滴耳治疗,观察组在外耳道冲洗基础上加用酮康唑纱条治疗。比较两组临床疗效和复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(72.73%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访8个月,观察组复发率(8.89%)低于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合酮康唑纱条治疗霉菌性外耳道炎患者有利于提高治疗有效率,降低疾病复发率。Objective To explore clinical observation of patients with fungal otitis externa receiving combined treatment of external ear canal irrigation and ketoconazole gauze under otoscope. Methods From February 2018 to March 2019, 89 patients with fungal otitis media who were admitted to our hospital were divided into control group(n=44) and observation group(n=45). Both groups of patients underwent external ear canal rinsing under otoscope, and the control group combined with recurrent salicylic acid ear drip treatment on this basis, and the observation group was treated with ketoconazole gauze on the basis of external ear canal irrigation. The clinical efficacy and the relapse rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(93.33%) was higher than 72.73% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 8 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate of the observation group(8.89%) was lower than 25.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of external ear canal rinsing and ketoconazole gauze under patients with fungal otitis externa is helpful to improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
