六西格玛法在降低手术室工作人员职业暴露中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用六西格玛法在降低手术室工作人员职业暴露风险中的效果。方法选取2019年1—9月收治的100名手术室工作人员为研究组,2018年1—9月收治的100名工作人员为对照组,对照组采取常规管理方法,研究出采取六西格玛法管理方法,比较两组干预效果。结果研究组职业暴露发生率为3.00%,明显低于对照组的11.00%(P<0.05);研究组总满意率为98.00%,显著高于对照组的91.00%(P<0.05)。结论在手术室管理工作中实施六西格玛法管理法可显著降低职业暴露的发生率,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of applying six sigma in reducing the risk of occupational exposure of surgical staff.Methods A total of 100 operating room staff from January to September 2019 were selected as the study group.The 100 cases from January to September 2018 were used as the control group.The control group adopted conventional management methods and six sigma management method was adopted in study to compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results The incidence of occupational exposure in the study group was 3.00%,which was significantly lower than the incidence of 11.00%in the control group.(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.00%,significantly higher than that 91.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The total implementation of six sigma management methods in operating room management can significantly reduce the incidence of occupational exposure and is worth promoting.
