高频电刀电熨术联合干扰素治疗HPV感染的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察高频电刀电熨术联合干扰素治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)持续感染的临床疗效。方法选取200例本院2016年1月—2019年1月收治的宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组100例,对照组采取干扰素治疗,观察组采取高频电刀电熨术+干扰素治疗,治疗后3、6、12个月分别做HPV检验及不良反应分析。结果对照组第3、6、12个月的转阴率分别为40.00%、62.00%、70.00%,观察组第3、6、12个月的治疗转阴率分别为62.00%、75.00%、89.00%,两组有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频电刀电熨术联合干扰素治疗宫颈HPV感染效果明确、副作用小,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of high frequency electroknife electroironing combined with interferon in the treatment of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with cervical human papilloma virus infection admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 as the research object,according to random number table was divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group,control group treated with interferon,the observation group adopted the high frequency electric knife electric iron+interferon treatment,3,6 and 12 months respectively after treatment for HPV test and the analysis of adverse reactions.Results The negative conversion rates of the control group at 3,6 and 12 months were 40.00%,62.00%,70.00%,respectively,and the observation group at 3,6 and 12 months were 62.00%,75.00%,89.00%,respectively,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in the observation group were slightly higher than those in the control group,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion High frequency electrotome electroironing combined with interferon in the treatment of cervical HPV infection has a clear effect and less side effects,which is worthy of popularization and application.
