摘　　要：目的探讨拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平片治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法本研究选择本院产科2019年1月—2020年1月收治100例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为观察对象,从患者不同的治疗方案出发分为对照组(50例,硝苯地平片治疗)和试验组(50例,拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平片治疗),对比两组治疗效果和妊娠结局情况。结果试验组治疗后收缩压水平为(131.33±3.54)mmHg,舒张压水平为(78.48±2.45)mmHg,均明显低于对照组的(142.23±5.42)mmHg和(86.79±3.32)mmHg,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组孕妇外周阻力、脐血流水平明显低于对照组,而心脏指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验租新生儿窒息、胎儿窘迫、产后大出血等不良妊娠结局发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者接受拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平片方案治疗,对于其血压和血液流变学指标调节作用明显,能够促进患者血压水平的平稳降低,且不良妊娠结局发生率较低,整体治疗效果较为理想,具有推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of labetalol combined with nifedipine tablets in the treatment of gestational hypertension and its impact on pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational hypertension treated in the obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation object.By different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into control group(50 cases,treated with nifedipine tablets)and experimental group(50 cases,treated with labetalol combined with nifedipine tablets).Effect and pregnancy outcome were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were(131.33±3.54)mmHg and(78.48±2.45)mmHg,which were significantly lower than(142.23±5.42)mmHg and(86.79±3.32)mmHg in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The peripheral resistance of pregnant women and umbilical blood flow in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while cardiac index were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes such as neonatal asphyxia,fetal distress and postpartum hemorrhage in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with gestational hypertension with labetalol combined with nifedipine tablets can significantly regulate their blood pressure and hemorheological indexes,promote the stable reduction of blood pressure level,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes is low.The overall treatment effect is ideal,which has the value of popularization and application.
