活血通络汤联合沙格雷酯治疗糖尿病血管病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析活血通络汤联合沙格雷酯治疗糖尿病性周围血管病变患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院收治的68例糖尿病性周围血管病变患者的临床资料,患者就诊时间均为2016年1月—2019年12月;根据患者采用的治疗方案将其分为甲组、乙组,甲组纳入采用沙格雷酯治疗的34例患者,乙组纳入采用活血通络汤联合沙格雷酯治疗的34例患者;对比两组患者临床疗效、炎症因子[白介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)]及纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平。结果治疗后,相较于甲组,乙组治疗总有效率较高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组患者血清中IL-6、CRP含量较甲组低,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组TC、TG、FIB水平较甲组低,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血通络汤联合沙格雷酯能够进一步提高糖尿病性周围血管病变患者的治疗效果,有助于减轻炎症反应,降低血脂。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with sarpogrelate in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease.Methods Retrospective analysis was about 68 patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease from January 2016 to December 2019 in our hospital.According to the clinical data,they were divided into two groups of 34 patients each.group A was treated with sarpogrelate,group B was treated with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with sarpogrelate.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)],blood lipid indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)]and fibrinogen(FIB)levels of the patients were compared.Results After treatment,compared with group A,the total effective rate of group B was higher,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum levels of IL-6 and CRP in group B were lower than those in group A,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of TC,TG and FIB in group B were lower than those in group A,and the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with sagrel ester can further improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic peripheral vascular disease,help to reduce inflammatory reaction and reduce blood lipid.
