耳穴压豆、穴位敷贴联合综合护理治疗妊娠剧吐的疗效  

Efficacy of Auricular Point Pressing and Acupoint Application Combined With Comprehensive Nursing on Hyperemesis Gravidarum

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆、穴位敷贴联合综合护理对妊娠剧吐的干预效果。方法选择2019年11月—2020年8月在本院住院治疗的64例妊娠剧吐孕妇,均给予穴位敷贴、耳穴压豆联合综合护理干预,记录患者干预效果,并对比患者干预前后妊娠专用恶心呕吐量化表(pregnancy-unique quantification of emesis and nausea,PUQE)评分、自理能力评分(Barthel指数评定量表)、中医症状积分,并记录患者住院时间、尿酮转阴时间、生化指标恢复正常时间和临床症状消失时间。结果患者治疗总有效率为90.63%。患者干预后的PUQE评分和Barthel指数分别为(7.02±1.63)、(97.36±1.29)分,均显著优于干预前(t=30.179、15.556,P<0.01)。患者干预后的倦怠思睡、唇舌干燥、神疲倦怠、恶心呕吐、头晕目眩症状积分分别为(0.52±0.16)、(0.35±0.10)、(0.79±0.20)、(0.86±0.20)、(0.55±0.15)分,均显著低于干预前(t=38.392、46.346、38.599、35.828、33.671,P<0.01)。患者的住院时间、尿酮转阴时间、生化指标恢复正常时间和临床症状消失时间分别为(7.28±1.55)、(2.25±0.42)、(4.55±1.28)、(1.83±1.10)d。结论耳穴压豆、穴位敷贴联合综合护理用于妊娠剧吐患者效果满意。Objective Discuss the effect of auricular point pressing and acupoint application combined with comprehensive nursing on hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods Atotal of 64 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum who were hospitalized in our hospital from November 2019 to August 2020 were selected for treatment with acupoint application and auricular point pressing combined with comprehensive nursing intervention.Record the patient intervention effect,and compare the pregnancy-specific nausea and pregnancy-unique quantification of emesis and nausea(PUQE)score,self-care ability score(Barthel index rating scale),TCM symptom score before and after the intervention,and record the patients’hospital stay,urinary ketone conversion time,and biochemical indicators back to normal time and disappearance of clinical symptoms.Results The total effective rate of patient treatment was 90.63%.The PUQE score and Barthel index after intervention were(7.02±1.63)points and(97.36±1.29)points,respectively,which were significantly better than those before intervention(t=30.179,15.556,P<0.01).The patients’fatigue,sleepiness,dry lips and tongue,tiredness,nausea,vomiting,and dizziness after intervention were(0.52±0.16),(0.35±0.10),(0.79±0.20),(0.86±0.20),(0.55±0.15)points,were significantly lower than before the intervention(t=38.392,46.346,38.599,35.828,33.671,P<0.01),respectively.The patients’hospitalization time,urinary ketone conversion time,biochemical index return to normal time and clinical symptoms disappeared time were(7.28±1.55),(2.25±0.42),(4.55±1.28),(1.83±1.10)d,respectively.Conclusion The effect of auricular point pressing and acupoint application combined with comprehensive nursing is satisfactory for patients with hyperemesis gravidarum.
