二仙汤加减治疗肾虚型更年期失眠的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨二仙汤加减对肾虚型更年期失眠患者的临床疗效。方法收集本院2018年1月—2020年1月肾虚型更年期失眠患者91例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组48例,对照组43例,对照组给予阿普唑仑口服,试验组在此基础上加用二仙汤加减口服,疗程4周,观察临床疗效及治疗前后两组失眠量表评分、焦虑量表评分和抑郁量表评分,并观察不良反应。结果两组疗效比较,试验组有效率95.83%,优于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05),两组治疗前失眠SPIEGEL量表、焦虑SAS和抑郁SDS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组失眠、焦虑和抑郁等各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二仙汤加减能够有效治疗肾虚型更年期失眠,改善失眠症状及不良情绪,且安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Erxian Decoction on menopausal insomnia patients with kidney deficiency.Methods A total of 91 patients with kidney deficiency menopause insomnia in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were collected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group 48 cases,control group 43 cases,the control group was given alprazolam oral,the experimental group was given Erxian Decoction plus and minus oral,the treatment course was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and the scores of insomnia scale,anxiety scale and depression scale before and after treatment were observed,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 95.83%,higher than 81.40%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in SPIEGEL scale,SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of insomnia,anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Erxian Decoction can effectively treat kidney deficiency menopause insomnia,improve insomnia symptoms and adverse mood,and is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
