基于共词网络的我国医院党建研究热点及其演变可视化分析

摘　　要：目的分析2011-2020年我国医院党建的研究热点及其演进规律。方法选择万方、CNKI、维普数据库进行系统检索,绘制高频关键词共现关系网络拓扑图、主题河流图和可视化山丘图,展示研究热点的变化情况。结果清洗后实际纳入2560篇文献,“基层医院”“基层党组织”和“基层党建”等基层相关的关键词基本在各个年度的高频关键词中均有分布。“创先争优”和“学习型党组织”在2015年之前热度较高,2015年之后,“新时代”“新形势”“新医改”“公立医院”“创新”等关键词的热度值上升非常迅速。2020年,“党建引领”首次出现在当年的高频关键词中。结论2011-2020年间我国医院党建相关研究总体呈上升趋势,研究热点紧跟国家政策方针,具有鲜明的时代特征和行业特征,但相关研究方法有待丰富。Objective To Analyze the research hotspots and evolution rules related to party building in hospitals in China from 2011 to 2020.Methods Wanfang,CNKI and VIP databases were selected for systematic search.Drew high-frequency keyword co-occurrence relationship network topology map,theme river map and visual hill map to show the changes of research hotspots.Results A total of 2560 were actually included in the analysis after cleaning.Basic-level related keywords such as“basic-level hospitals”“basic-level party organizations”and“basic-level party building”were basically distributed in the high-frequency keywords of each year.“Striving for excellence”and“learning party organization”were highly popular before 2015.After 2015,the popularity of keywords such as“new era”“new situation”“new medical reform”“public hospital”and“innovation”increased very rapidly.In 2020,“Party Building Leadership”appeared for the first time in the high-frequency keywords of that year.Conclusion From 2011 to 2020,the research on hospital party construction in China generally showed an upward trend,and the research hot spots closely followed the national policies and guidelines,with distinctive characteristics of the times and health industry,but the relevant research methods need to be enriched.
