摘 要:在氧化石墨烯(GO)存在下,采用溶液-乳化技术制备得到GO/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)胶乳,减压蒸馏后加入水合肼原位还原胶乳中的GO,从而得到还原氧化石墨烯(r GO)/EPDM胶乳。复合胶乳经絮凝后进行热压和硫化,最后得到r GO/EPDM复合材料。结果表明,随着乳化的进行,由于EPDM接枝的马来酸酐与GO之间的强相互作用,GO可以自组装吸附到EPDM乳胶颗粒表面,并且在还原过程中r GO没有发生明显的团聚。在制备的r GO/EPDM复合材料中,r GO在整个EPDM基质中均匀分散,并明显提高了EPDM的热导率。Many studies are focused on enhancing polymer properties by adding graphene to produce high-performance composites.To obtain the unique properties of graphene-based composites,the uniform dispersion of graphene throughout the polymer matrix is critical.Recently,a versatile and environmental-friendly latex technology has been utilized to fabricate polymeric nanocomposites based on carbon nanotubes[1]and graphene[2].However,to the best of our knowledge,ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM)latex is not commercially available because the production of EPDM in aqueous dispersion is limited due to the need of water-sensitive catalysts.In this paper,reduced graphene oxide(rGO)/EPDM composite with enhanced thermal conductivity was fabricated through artificial EPDM latex preparation based on solution-emulsification technique in the presence of graphene oxide(GO)and subsequently in situ reduction in GO by hydrazine hydrate.GO/EPDM latex was prepared by adding the organic phase(solution of EPDM,EPDM-g-MA and dicumyl peroxide in cyclohexane)into the aqueous phase(solution of disproportionated potassium rosinate,isomeric alcohol ethoxylates and GO in deionized water)with vigorous agitation and emulsifying at 12000 r/min for 10 min.The mass ratio of EPDM to EPDM-g-MA was 9.After distillation,hydrazine hydrate was added into the latex[(m(N_(2)H_(4)·H_(2)O)/m(GO)5/1)],followed by reduction at 90℃for 4 h.As shown in Fig 1,the EPDM latex particles were encapsulated with the wrinkled GO or rGO nanosheets,and even for rGO/EPDM latex,no obvious aggregation was observed.The results demonstrated that as the emulsification proceeded,GO nanosheets can self-assemble to adsorb onto the surface of EPDM latex particles because of the strong interaction between EPDM-g-MA and GO,and during reduction,the aggregation of hydrophobic rGO was prevented.After hot pressing and vulcanization of the coagulated solid mixture,the crosslinked rGO/EPDM composite with homogeneous dispersion of graphene was prepared(see in Fig 2).Thermal conductivity inc
