少数民族贫困地区科技创新与乡村产业振兴协同发展的理论与实证——以四川凉山彝族自治州为例

摘　　要：为了研究少数民族贫困地区科技创新与乡村产业振兴之间的协同发展程度,以四川凉山彝族自治州为例,基于耦合协调理论,构建相关指标体系,运用定性研究与实证分析等方法,探讨厘清科技创新与乡村产业振兴之间的协同发展机理,分析其2008-2018年科技创新综合发展指数、乡村产业振兴综合发展指数以及二者的耦合协调度。研究结果表明:凉山州科技创新水平与乡村产业振兴水平发展明显;科技创新与乡村产业振兴耦合协调发展总体态势良好,表现为耦合协调度的波动上升,耦合协调等级也从严重失调上升为优质协调。最后针对提高二者耦合协调度提出相关对策建议。Based on the coupling coordination theory, this paper uses qualitative and empirical analysis, to explore the degree and mechanism of coordinated development between scientific and technological innovation and rural industrial revitalization. Taking Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province as an example, this paper constructs the relevant index system, and uses the coupling coordination degree model to empirically analyze the comprehensive development index of scientific and technological innovation, the comprehensive development index of rural industrial revitalization and the coupling coordination between them from 2008 to 2018. The results show that the level of science and technology innovation and the level of rural industrial revitalization in Liangshan Prefecture have developed significantly. The coupling and coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and rural industrial revitalization is in good shape, which shows that the degree of coupling and coordination fluctuates and the level of coupling and coordination rises from serious imbalance to high-quality coordination. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the coupling coordination degree.
