基于能耗模拟分析的豫东地区农村住宅节能改造研究——以河南商丘虞城某村为例

摘　　要：文章选取豫东地区典型农村住宅为研究对象,对农村住宅节能改造进行研究。首先,基于绿建斯维尔节能设计软件,运用参变法对研究对象进行能耗模拟分析,并提出多个节能改造方案;然后,综合施工工艺、造价等相关因素,对节能改造方案进行优选,并对优选方案进行验证。结果显示,最终的优选方案可行、可靠,对豫东地区农村住宅的节能改造具有理论和指导意义。This paper selects typical rural houses in eastern Henan as the research object, and studies the energy-saving renovation of rural houses. First, based on the Green Building Swell energy-saving design software, the parametric method is used to simulate and analyze the energy consumption of the research object, and several energy-saving renovation plans are proposed;Validate the preferred solution.The results show that the final optimal plan is feasible and reliable, and has theoretical and guiding significance for the energy-saving renovation of rural houses in eastern Henan.
