摘　　要：文章分析清水混凝土饰面技术在中建科技湖州工厂和徐州工厂实施的可行性,以光面清水混凝土构件和木纹清水混凝土构件为主要研究对象,通过对原材料及模具、设计原则、工厂生产、表面修复工艺等多方面进行系统研究,探索适合预制构件工厂的清水混凝土饰面技术。在原材料及模具方面,主要从外观质量和耐久性需求出发,通过对水泥、集料、掺合料、外加剂、模具面板材料、脱模剂等进行分析,控制清水混凝土质量;光面清水混凝土构件和木纹清水混凝土构件结合建筑外立面造型、螺栓孔布置、装饰线条、板间拼缝设计、连接节点设计等多因素,选择合适模具在工厂进行生产落地;在表面修复方面,通过基层处理、腻子修补、打磨、底涂、中涂、面涂等施工工艺来保证整体的清水效果。The article analyzes the feasibility of fair faced concrete finishing technology in Huzhou factory and Xuzhou factory of CSCEC science and technology, takes smooth fair faced concrete components and wood grain fair faced concrete components as the main research objects, and makes a systematic study through raw materials and molds, design principles, factory production, surface repair technology and so on, Explore fair faced concrete finishing technology suitable for prefabricated component factory. In terms of raw materials and molds, starting from the requirements of appearance quality and durability, analyze and control the quality of fair faced concrete from cement, aggregate, admixture, admixture, mold panel material and release agent;Smooth fair faced concrete components and wood grain fair faced concrete components are produced in the factory by selecting appropriate molds in combination with building facade modeling,bolt hole layout, decorative lines, joint design between plates, connection node design and other factors;In terms of surface repair, the overall clean water effect is ensured through construction processes such as base treatment, putty repair, grinding, primer, intermediate coating and surface coating.
