摘 要:基于MRIO模型测算了我国省域间隐含碳排放转移规模,采用社会网络分析方法刻画了隐含碳转移的方向与空间网络结构特征,以探讨经济内循环视角下省域间碳转移网络关联特征和聚类特征。研究表明:(1)省域间隐含碳转移规模增大,转移方向呈现不对称性、区域性、复杂性特征,其中,广东、江苏、浙江、河北、上海等地是主要的碳转出区,河北、山西、内蒙古、山东、河南等地是主要的碳转入区。(2)省域间碳转移空间网络结构呈显著的紧密化、中心化趋势,随着中介网络节点省份数量减少,碳转移的梯级转移特征弱化;中心权力节点动态更替特征凸显,碳转移网络稳定性降低。(3)进一步,块模型分析揭示了省域间的碳转移与传导作用趋于“需求主导”到“内化供给”“供需并存”的中心化聚类形态。研究结果可为制定区域间协同减排政策提供理论和科学依据。Based on MRIO model and the social network analysis method,this paper measures and describes the scale of the interprovincial carbon transfer and the structural characteristics of the spatial network containing carbon transfer in China,respectively.The purpose of this paper is to explore the correlation characteristics and clustering characteristics of the interprovincial carbon transfer network from the perspective of internal economic cycle.The results show that:(1)the scale of carbon transfer between provinces is increasing,and the direction of the transfer is asymmetrical,regional and complex.Specificly,the carbon transfer areas are mainly in Guangdong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Hebei,Shanghai,while the carbon transfer areas are mainly in Hebei,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Shandong,and Henan.(2)The spatial network structure of carbon transfer among provinces is significantly closer and more centralized.The dynamic replacement characteristics of central“power”nodes are obvious,and the cascade transfer characteristics of carbon transfer are weakened with the decrease of the number of provinces in the intermediary network nodes.(3)Further analysis of the block model in this study reveals that the carbon transfer and transmission between provinces tend to shift from“demand-dominated”to“centralized”clustering pattern of“internalized supply”and“coexistence of supply and demand”.The results of this study can provide theoretical reference and scientific basis for the formulation of regional coordinated emission reduction policies in China.
