摘　　要：论文在对影响文化产业和旅游产业融合的驱动力进行详细分析的基础上,构建了文旅产业融合的“双循环”动力机制,并在其基础上引入了文化产业与旅游产业融合发展水平评价指标体系,采用熵权法、耦合协调度模型对2000—2018年中国省际文化产业和旅游产业融合水平进行了测度和分析,借此提出了相应区域发展策略。结果显示:(1)我国文化产业和旅游产业融合的耦合度处在中度耦合阶段,整体文旅融合水平也较低,处在中度失调阶段,2000—2018年间呈现缓慢上升态势;(2)区域间融合程度差异明显,呈现东部>中部>西部>东北部的阶梯式差异特点,但年均增长率则为中部>西部>东部>东北部,文旅产业融合水平与融合速度呈现较大的差异性,其中,中部地区上升趋势最明显;(3)文化产业和旅游产业融合水平存在空间“集聚效应”,西部地区的文旅产业融合呈现明显的中心化特点,融合度发展水平与地区文化产业和旅游产业的本身发展水平具有一致性。Based on a detailed analysis of the driving forces of cultural and tourism industry integration,this paper constructs a“double cycle”dynamic mechanism of cultural and tourism industry integration.On this basis,the evaluation index system of the integrated development level of cultural industry and tourism industry is introduced.This paper uses entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model to measure and analyze the integration level of China’s provincial cultural and tourism industries from 2000 to 2018,and puts forward corresponding industrial development and integration strategies.The results show that:(1)The coupling degree of cultural tourism industry integration in China is in the medium coupling stage.The overall cultural and tourism integration level is relatively low,and it’s in the moderate maladjustment stage.From 2000 to 2018,it showed a slow upward trend;(2)There were significant differences in the degree of integration among regions,with the stepwise differences of eastern>central>western>northeastern,but the average annual growth rate was central>western>eastern>northeastern.The level and speed of cultural and tourism industry integration show great differences,among which the central region has the most obvious upward trend.(3)The integration level of cultural and tourism industry has spatial“agglomeration effect”,and the integration of cultural and tourism industry in western China shows obvious characteristics of centralization.The development level of integration degree is consistent with the development level of regional cultural industry and tourism industry.
