摘 要:基于Halbach磁环气隙磁场高正弦度、高磁密的优点,提出用各向同性钕铁硼Halbach磁环PMSM代替目前的IPMSM来驱动空调压缩机,以改善电机的振动噪音和力能指标。设计了所述的Halbach磁环电机,并进行了有限元仿真、实验测试对比,结果验证了Halbach磁环结构在力能指标及振动噪声等方面的优越性,为旋转式压缩机的振动噪音改善、力能指标优化提供了参考。Based on the advantages of high sine degree and high flux density of the air-gap magnetic field of Halbach magnetic ring,it is proposed that the current IPMSM can be replaced with an isotropic NdFeB Halbach magnetic ring PMSM to drive the air conditioning compressor,so as to reduce the vibration and noise and improve the force index.The described Halbach magnetic ring motor is designed,and the comparison of finite-element simulation result with experimental data is carried out.It verifies the advantages of Halbach magnetic ring structure in force indexes as well as vibration and noise performances.It provides the reference for the rotary compressor to reduce the noise and vibration improve the force index.
