摘 要:通过水热法合成具有钙钛矿结构的LaCo_(0.21)Ni_(1.59)O_(3),将聚多巴胺(PDA)包覆在LaCo_(0.21)Ni_(1.59)O_(3)表面,得到PDA@LaCo_(0.21)Ni_(1.59)O_(3)复合材料。利用钙钛矿优异的电催化性能和PDA丰富的胺基基团,将复合材料修饰在玻碳电极(GCE)表面,构建了一种新型电化学传感平台(PDA@LaCo_(0.21)Ni_(1.59)O_(3)/GCE),用于重金属离子的检测。在优化条件下,LaCo_(0.21)Ni_(1.59)O_(3)/GCE检测Cu^(2+)、Hg^(2+)和Pb^(2+)的线性范围分别为0.05~10.0μmol/L、0.005~5.0μmol/L和0.5~2.0μmol/L,检出限分别为67.70、8.68和52.00 nmol/L。此传感平台可用于重金属离子Cu^(2+)、Hg^(2+)和Pb^(2+)的同时检测,具有操作简单、灵敏度高、选择性好等特点,为重金属离子的检测提供了新方法。A core-shell structured polydopamine(PDA)functionalized LaCo_(0.21)Ni_(1.59)O_(3)composite(PDA@LaCo_(0.21)Ni_(1.59)O_(3))was synthesized,which combined the excellent electrocatalytic properties of LaCo_(0.21)Ni_(1.59)O_(3)and the abundant amino functional groups of PDA.On the basis of this,a novel electrochemical sensing platform for detection of heavy metal ions was constructed by modifying the composite on the glassy carbon electrode(PDA@LaCo_(0.21)Ni_(1.59)O_(3)/GCE).Under optimized conditions,the sensing platform showed wide linear range and low detection limit for Cu^(2+),Hg^(2+)and Pb^(2+)ions(The linear ranges were 0.05-10.0,0.005-5.0 and 0.5-2.0μmol/L,and the detection limits were 67.70,8.68 and 52.0 nmol/L for Cu^(2+),Hg^(2+)and Pb^(2+)ions,respectively).The constructed sensing platform could be used for simultaneous detection of Cu^(2+),Hg^(2+)and Pb^(2+).This method provided a new strategy for the detection of heavy metals in water environment.
