摘　　要：近年来,随着人民生活水平的提高,演艺机构的数量也在逐年增加,如何能找到演艺市场的发展规律,为其提供有效资讯;为深陷困境的演艺机构提供切实可行的决策服务;为政府出台演艺市场相关规定提供智力支持?高端演艺智库呼之欲出,作为智库的核心要素是人才。论文分析了演艺人才培养面临的困难与挑战,提出演艺智库人才培养能力与素质要求及培养对策,从理论及实操层面为演艺智库人才搭建培养提供发展思路与操作框架。In recent years,the number of performing arts organizations has increased with the improvement of people's living standards.How can we find the development momentum in the performing arts market to provide the effective information and decision-making services as well as to provide consultation for the government to carry out relevant regulations?High-end performing arts think tanks are ready to emerge.As for a think tank,the core element is talent.Therefore,this paper analyzes the difficulties and challenges faced by the talent cultivation of performing arts,puts forward the requirements and countermeasures for talent cultivation of performing arts think tanks,and provides developmental ideas and operational framework for talent cultivation from the theoretical and practical aspects.
