老年群体智能手机应用困境与社会支持

摘　　要：近年来,随着信息技术的飞速发展与进步,功能多样、小巧便捷的智能手机成为人们“入”网的主要工具,为人们的生活带来了极大地便捷。但是对老年人群体来说,智能手机应用和掌握具有一定的复杂性,随着智能手机在日常生活领域的广泛应用,老年群体陷入了困境,存在智能手机功能多元与老年人学习滞后的矛盾。在社会支持理论指导下,政府、公共媒体、企业、社区、社会组织可以为老年人使用智能手机提供必要支持,全社会共同发力,协助老年人克服技术障碍,融入网络社会。In recent years,with the rapid development and advancement of information technology,small portable smart phones with multiple functions have become the main tools for people to surf the Internet,bringing great convenience to people's lives.However,the complicated application and mastery of it drives the elderly into a difficult situation.There is a contradiction between the multiple functions of smart phones and the lagging learning of the elderly.Under the guidance of social support theory,the government,public media,enterprises,communities,and social organizations can provide the necessary support for the elderly to use smart phones,and the whole society can work together to help the elderly overcome technical obstacles so as to fit in the network society.
