摘　　要：目的:基于自我决定理论中的目标内容理论,探讨个体神经质和外倾性人格特质与主观幸福感的关系及其作用机制。方法:采用方便取样的方法,对上海市某大学共计540名在校本科生进行调查。采用中国大五人格问卷简版(Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory Brief Version,CBF-PI-B)来测量人格特质中的神经质和外倾性,采用欲望指数量表中文版评估目标的内部性和目标实现可能性,用生活满意度问卷和正负情绪量表测量个体主观幸福感。结果:(1)神经质、外倾性人格特质与目标内部性、目标实现可能性、主观幸福感之间具有相关关系。(2)目标内部性、目标实现可能性在神经质与主观幸福感、外倾性与主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用,且该作用为并行式多重中介。结论:神经质和外倾性人格特质不仅可以直接影响主观幸福感,还可以通过目标内部性和目标实现可能性间接影响个体主观幸福感。Objective: Based on the goal content theory of the self-determination theory, this study aimed to explore the relationship between neuroticism, extraversion, and subjective well-being and their mediating role.Methods: This study surveyed 540 college students by using the Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory brief version to measure neuroticism and extraversion, the Chinese version of the thirty-five item Aspiration Index to assess relative intrinsic orientation and possibility of realization, and the Satisfaction with Life Scale and the Positive and Negative Affect Scale to assess subjective well-being.Results:(1) There was a significant correlation between neuroticism, extraversion, relative intrinsic orientation, possibility of realization, and subjective well-being;(2) relative intrinsic orientation and possibility of realization had a partial mediating effect, that was acting as a parallel multiple mediator, between neuroticism and subjective well-being, and between extraversion and subjective well-being. Conclusions: Neuroticism and extraversion can not only directly affect subjective well-being, but they can also indirectly affect subjective well-being through goal internality and achievement goal possibility.
