摘 要:为了提升防空体系执行OODA循环的速度和质量,在OODA环基础上增加评估(assessment)环节,提出一种基于OODA-A环的防空体系作战模型,该模型能够对防空体系执行一次OODA循环的战场态势变化情况,以及作战效果进行综合评估,包括对敌方目标机动情况和目标信息冲突情况、目标毁伤情况,我方武器漏射击和过射击情况、作战损耗情况等进行评估,并根据评估结果决定下一步行动方向,同时能够将评估结果实时反馈给OODA环中的各节点,进一步提升OODA环各节点的作战能力,从而实现防空体系更快更好地完成OODA循环的目的.在此基础上,结合典型防空体系作战案例,对基于OODA-A环的防空体系的作战时效进行分析与仿真,仿真结果验证了基于OODA-A环的防空体系的优越性,对防空体系作战能力的提升具有重要指导意义.In order to enhance speed and quality of OODA loop,assessment is added into OODA loop,and An air defense systemof-systems based on OODA-A is presented.Assessment of battlefield situation and combat effectiveness is done after OODA loop in OODA-A loop,including target maneuver assessment,target information conflict assessment,target damage assessment,missed shot and overshot assessment and combat cost assessment.The next move is determined by assessment results and the assessment results are fed back to nodes in OODA-A loop,therefore the combat capability of nodes in OODA-A loop is improved and the speed and quality of OODA loop is enhanced.The combat timeliness of OODA-A loop is simulated with typical air defense combat cases.The simulation results show that the combat timeliness of OODA-A loop is superior to OODA loop.It has important guiding significance to the improvement of combat capability of air defense system-of-syetems.
