摘 要:在核电行业数字化发展的大趋势下,数字化核电厂运用数字化技术提升系统设备的可靠性已经成为一种有效的解决方案。以方家山核电厂GHE真空箱液位控制系统数字化改造项目为例,分析了GHE真空箱原设计存在的各类问题,论证了数字化技术应用的可行性,并对数字化改造的技术方案进行了详细介绍。该项目已在方家山核电厂1、2号机组完成工程应用,系统运行业绩良好,为存在同类问题的设备开展数字化改造工作提供了经验。Under the general trend of the digital development of the nuclear power industry,the digital nuclear power plant has become an effective solution to use the digital technology to improve the reliability of the system equipment.This paper takes the digital transformation project of GHE vacuum tank liquid level control system in FJS Nuclear Power Plant as an example,analyzes various problems existing in the original design of GHE vacuum box,demonstrates the feasibility of digital technology application,and the technical scheme of digital transformation is introduced in detail.The project has completed its application in units 1 and 2 in FJS Nuclear Power Plant,and the system has achieved good operation performance,providing experience for the digital transformation of the equipment with similar problems.
