摘 要:主要探究在RS和CS试验条件下,从工程系统设计、电路设计及PCB设计3个方面,通过控制变量法,基于单一因素比对鉴定试验,分析总结出电磁干扰对核电厂数字化仪控系统的影响因素、产生原因及改善方法。提出了一种EMC问题的解决思路——将系统性的EMC问题,分解到具体的因素上,进行定位、分析、整改,由此提高了EMC问题的定位、解决效率。基于该种思路,已完成大亚湾核电站等多个项目的EMC试验,有效降低了EMC问题的定位难度和时间,提高了解决的效率,为今后核电数字化仪控系统EMC试验的通过及出现问题后的整改提供了一种思路。This article mainly explores the effects of electromagnetic interference on nuclear power plants from three aspects:engineering system design,circuit design and PCB design under the RS and CS test conditions.Through the control variable method,based on the single factor comparison qualification test,the analysis summarizes the impact of electromagnetic interference on nuclear power plants.The influencing factors,causes and improvement methods of digital instrument control system.A solution to EMC problems is proposed-one is to decompose systemic EMC problems into specific factors for positioning,analysis,and rectification.This improves the efficiency of positioning and solving EMC problems.Based on this kind of thinking,EMC tests have been completed for many projects such as the Da Ya Bay Nuclear Power Plant,which effectively reduces the difficulty and time of locating EMC problems and improves the efficiency of resolution.It provides a way of thinking for the passing of the EMC test of the nuclear power digital I&C system and the rectification after problems.
