摘  要:采用光纤型激光器,研究了激光焊接焦距的确定方式和不同离焦量对熔深的影响。光纤激光器在确定焦距的焊接过程中,设置同一工艺参数,焦距处的焊接表面与离焦处的表面明显不同,有着焊缝宽度和熔透程度的不同;同时在探究离焦量与熔深关系的过程中,通过改变离焦量来焊接得到不同的样件,经过金相观察焊接的不锈钢管熔深情况,讨论了离焦量的大小与熔深的对应关系。通过焊接实验结果表明,设定激光焊接的离焦量在一定的变化范围内,同一工艺参数条件下的熔深效果最佳。The effect of the laser welding focal length and the difference of the focal volume on the fusion is studied.The fiber optic laser sets the same process parameters in the welding process of determining the focal length,and the surface of the focal length is obviously different from the surface of the focal spot.There are differences in weld width and penetration degree.In the process of exploring the relationship between the concentration and the fusion of the fusion,the corresponding relationship between the size of the focal length and the depth of the melt is discussed by means of the different sample parts of the welding.The results of the welding experiment show that the degree of separation of laser welding is the best effect of the process parameters under the same process parameters.
