应用HMI实现多通道温场计量的数据采集

摘  要:介绍了应用工业触摸屏HMI通过自定义协议与硬件采集模块连接,实现多通道温场计量数据采集的实现过程。以6通道采集为例,依据JJF1101-2003《环境试验设备温度、湿度校准规范》,通过HMI组态软件配置温场计量的首页、曲线页、报表页、设置页、采集页和调试页界面。添加HMI的自定义协议串口驱动,并应用C语言在COMx.c文件的循环进程中编写协议栈,实现工业HMI与前端硬件采集模块的连接。触摸屏HMI计量采集设备具有良好的显示界面,方便用户进行交互式设置,实时数据记录、实时曲线显示和CSV存储数据导出。经应用测试,所研发的触摸屏HMI温场计量设备可以稳定可靠地实现温湿度数据采集,实现多通道温场计量的自动化,减少了现场计量的劳动强度,同时保证了测试的准确性。This paper introduces the realization process of multi-channel temperature field measurement data acquisition by connecting industrial touch screen HMI with hardware acquisition module through custom protocol.Taking 6-channel acquisition as an example,according to JJF1101-2003"Calibration Specifications for Temperature and Humidness of Environmental Test Equipment",the homepage,curve page,report page,setting page,collection page and debugging page of temperature field measurement are configured through HMI configuration software.A custom protocol serial port driver of HMI is added,and a protocol stack is written in the circular process of Comx.C file using C language,so as to realize the connection between industrial HMI and the front-end hardware acquisition module.The touch screen HMI measurement acquisition device has a good display interface,which is convenient for users to conduct interactive Settings,real-time data recording,real-time curve display and CSV stored data export.After the application test,the touchscreen HMI temperature field measurement equipment developed can realize stable and reliable temperature and humidity data acquisition,realize the automation of multi-channel temperature field measurement,reduce the labor intensity of on-site measurement,and ensure the accuracy of the test.
